kathryne Keyron card which gives -1% cast for every refinement sooo on a +10 rod [4] if you slotted it with 4 of these you get 40% more cast reducment :D

Sorry, Kathryne Keyron is a headgear Card. You can put four in a rod.
You could put in a +10 Headgear of some sort
Of course that would only result in 90% So not good enough
