i think you can buy them all in prontera, north east of the flower circle in the house.

Not this one you can't.
You need to go to Alde city, and head to a building in the...Northeast I believe. When in there, You'll be in a basement. You''ll have to look around and Explore once you get down there. My Memory of exacty where he is is Fuzzy.
