When I tried to set item's price more than 100 m the message will shown up max price is 9,999 or something I can't remember exactly. Is that normal ?

I would test it with a useless item. First set it to the price you want to see it too (say 230,000,000) then once your vend is up check the price list of your items being vended that appears in your main chat box.
iirc as long as you set the price right you're ok.
