Title: Multi-Client Problems :HELP:
Post by: Colt Firearms on April 30, 2009, 05:25:57 pm
Hey all, I'm having some serious issues with trying to multi-client.  When I open the 2nd client, the 1st client will freeze up, seemingly before the login screen appears.  I'm Vista 64bit, with 4gig ram, and a 9600GT vid card, so I doubt its a computer issue (since this is the upgrade from my old comp, that multicliented just fine).  Is it a Vista problem?  Or is something else going on?  Please help!  :D  /thx

I'm not running in full screen (my moniter is 22"), I'm wondering if it does have something to do with the UAC, but why would that freeze the 1st client?  it just dosnt make sence.  :(  will try running both clients "As Admin" when I get home.  Any other ideas?

ditto, UAC was doing the same for me.
if you want to disable it, open the start menu > click on your avatar > user panel pops up > last option "activate/deactivate UAC"

UAC sucks either way, just disable it

at least make it properly, with bold and italic, just lack underline but that would be too much
UAC SUCKS!!!
:police:
now why UAC sucks
its annoying as hell, everytime you want to open/install/delete/modify etc something it asks you if you REALLY want to open/install/delete/modify that
and causes probs with multiclients

anyway, sorry for the offtopic  :P
