Title: ticket 9158
Post by: noname72390 on April 29, 2009, 07:50:50 am
My question is how long does it take for a gm to fix my support ticket thats been waiting 8months to get resolved.

i gave u guys the name as to who i think hacked my account and took nearly 300mil worth of equips and zeny.
in my opinion i have waited way to long for u guys to fix this and im tired of getting excuses or lame answers from ppl saying that this kind of thing takes its time to fix or just  be patient.
i think 8 months is long enough to get a big ticket fixed.
u gms have had plenty of time to fix my ticket and now i just think ur ignoring it.

I WANT MY STUFF BACK AND IM TIRED OF WAITING

neither is creating a topic about your ticket

They know you're patiently waiting, man.  Some people have been waiting for 3+ years for a support ticket to be fixed.  You aren't the only one that's mad.

And, if you're getting mad because everyone is telling you that things of this nature take a great deal of time to process and fix, is because it does.  It's a bitch to go through the trade logs to find people's stuff, and I'm sure you aren't anywhere near the first one in line.

What I would suggest is to work for new stuff and then when your old gears finally come back to you, you'll be that much better off.
/ok

Making a topic isn't going to help, at all.  ::)

Be patient, just like the rest of the people who are waiting for their tickets to be answered.

What I would suggest is to work for new stuff and then when your old gears finally come back to you, you'll be that much better off.
/ok
Good advice right there.

Read that? http://www.anthemro.com/forums/index.php/topic,64667.0.html
If you were scammed around January '08 and sent in a ticket in October '08, a lot could have been happened to your stuff, so a recovery is not just that easy.
Also, there's no such thing as hacking (unless you used a password that was very easy to guess), so you most likely told your password to someone else. Simply telling us that you "think" person A stole your items, without giving us a reason or any information on this player, does not really help us (for the time being).
Please be a bit more cooperative, do not threaten us, and why not pass the time collecting new gear. Then, in the end, you'll most likely have two sets of gears to use.
It's not like the old item logs went inaccessible on purpose.  >:(

Because you're the idiot that lost the items? It's not the GM's fault.

You don't see me complain about getting "hacked" or losing items, why?  Because I don't do it.

:O

then y cant u guys just refund my on my ads so i can buy new ones.

Because say, your things got stolen. Say it's a +10 DDPT MG. MG gets stolen by your friend, gets sold for 30m instead of 70m which is street value. Out there, there is a +10 DDPT MG.

Now they refund your ad credits, without getting back the +10 DDPT. And you buy cards to make a new DDPT. So that makes 2 DDPT MG's out there, 1 of which should be revoked. Which then throws things out of whack a bit on the server.

Make sense?

dude shut up, my cousins have been waiting 4+ months for a ban that was not supposed to take place. You had the fault of giving out your password, not the GMs, so take responsibility for your actions bro. I guess i could say the same to my cousins, but they didnt do anything. The last time the GMs responded their ticket was to ask a transaction number and then they would unban the accounts, and guess what, they sent the numbers and no answer yet.

Debating on who thinks whos ticket should be answered first isnt gonna get anything done. However most of anthem needs to understand the Gms arent just picking out cases they think they should pay more attention to then another because of any greater reason. (almost every player can name 100 reasons why they think there ticket should get answered faster then another)

noname72390  I realize your fustration, heck if I was in your shoes I'd feel the same way tbh. I no its hard since you are probly a victim of a mistake and you probly could care less what im saying. But with that being said all you can do is wait like everyone else.

Hopefully your ticket gets answered sometime soon. /ok Goodluck to ya~~

I completely agree with you :) But please tell me why should my cousins wait 4+ months for a mistake on the GMs part. If they wouldnt have done that mistake then i wouldnt be here complaining about the injustice done upon my cousins.

First off thankyou for agreeing with me, I kno its a tough time for you. 2nd your not the only player or your cousins in this case that gms have made mistakes with. Everyones human and on a server that has tons of people donating theres bound to be mistakes. With that being said theres tickets that have mistkes similar to yours (things players did nothing wrong to have items withheld from them). And sadly those tickets have been open for years. Im not saying to overlook any ticket or that its fair in any way. But we gotta have faith that our gm team is trying there best and if there was a mixup they are working around the clock to fix tickets like yours and tickets unalike.

Anyways I wish you luck and all again.

I'm sorry if that sounds blunt, but why would a charge back - accidental or not - be a mistake on our side? FYI: Charge back = You donate money to the server, receive the ad credits, but then, for some reason, PayPal doesn't transfer the money to Anthem's PayPal account, so yeah. You received ad credits, but there was no money transaction to AnthemRO, or it's on hold until you resolve the issues with your account. You don't want to know how many players scammed or tried to scam us by donating, then cancelling the transaction, so a ban for the duration of the charge back is justified, and it's definitely not our fault if there are any issues with your PayPal account.

@Duplighost: I'm sorry for the delay on your or your cousin's ticket, but maybe the charge back has not been resolved yet completely. All I can offer you is talking to a staff member with access to the PayPal account to check up on the donation.

And yes, we definitely are human, and we do make mistakes as well. But putting the blame on us everytime you "think" we're in the wrong doesn't work; it's just not fair.

thanks fidelis, but the thing is that my cousins redonated those 207 dollars which sum up to around 415 credits cuz apparently  the first time the transaction was not completed. So now that they have redonated those 207, they gave the transaction number which is what the GM team asked for, and now theyre waiting.

well your response was a breather, thank you very much

Edit: Transaction ID (source: my cousins) is 7J453358DW038230U which is stated in my cousins tickets.

Just wondering, how long approximately the APril 16 crash tickets will be resolved?@@
