I've waited for probably a week now for a response on a support ticket saying whether or not I get my items back
I can't wait much longer cuz I'm tired of using my crappy gears :'(
Anyone now how long ???

If it takes a high GM response, you're going to be waiting for a looooong time.

It takes maybe 1 month to 1+ Years For a High GM response. I'll just give up on the items, start all over, and never give my things out to anyone again.

I gave up after my ticket had its birthday =/ It possibly will be faster for you to start from the 0 and try to get enougth money to recover your gears...

well guys, my cousins got banned for no reason.... they thought they had been stealing from a bank account while donating... okay so we proved them wrong and they said... okay give us the transaction number to unban the accounts..... ITS BEEN OVER 2 MONTHS ALREADY
and this isnt even item recovery.... this is a stupid mistake on the gms part...
