Holy .. im back! (sorta) But, really.

 I went to target the other day and saw those coupon things for RO, you know the ones you can buy and basically spend money on ro? You can do it for gaia and all those other things too.


 I was wondering, are those for the main RO that you have to pay for.. or can they be used for anthem too?
I wanted to know.. cause if I buy some and cant use them.. yea..

Alrighty then, any idea why? Just cause its not a verfied 'legal' server or something?

How did I know you'd ask this? /swt

This server is illegal. Anything a shop sells would merely be including themselves in the piracy and so allow them to be sued/put to court/arrested. If it did function on this server, somehow, Gravity would be sure to sue because then we'd actually be directly cutting into their profits.

Well that would be one reason since I'm sure Target doesn't want to get sued by Gravity..

Because there's codes in the card that you need to input to get the $$$? and Anthem doesnt have that.

and also the money that you used to buy the card doesnt go on Anthem's pocket but to the official one.

All private servers are illegal. If you took years and hundreds of thousands of pounds (£s) to make a game, would you just let anybody use it and take your rightful share of the profits?

So I suppose my next question is: Theirs obviously tons of Private Servers, and there doesn't seem to be a mass-murder effect on them to get shut down. So is there anything to fear with this server? O_o?

(I really don't have a clue when it comes to this sort of crap. Not really bothered by it regardless. I just enjoy this paticular server is all.)

I would assume that they have problems doing it. I mean there are a ton of private servers right? And then add the fact that I doubt the list exactly where they are located.  I also assume the GM's of each server don't run around on a first/last name basis with the players.

  I wouldnt want to get Anthem shut down, god no .. and it is weird that all these private servers.. and none of them being killed. >>; Maybe no on really.. cares?
