Title: April.16 CRASH support tickets

how fast did all of ur april 16 crash support tickets got solved?? becoz mine aint solved yet.. and its like.. 5 days+.. aint it suppose to be in first priority? Just wanting to know how fast did all of your support tickets got solved.?
