With the new things going on with the database.
How much longer would it take to get an answer in a support ticket where a GM already told me
that in order to get my EQ back I needed to pay 10 ads? and I already said yes I would pay?

Err... can't you just submit a (separate) Spend Credit Request ticket? I don't know what the officially sanctioned method is, but that would seem reasonable. Just make a new ticket with spend credit request and a link to the other ticket. If they told you that, there shouldn't be any reason they couldn't get your stuff back to you once you do that (I don't think there's anything new with the database that would prevent that >.>)
