My core and I are looking for a fresh new server with a high population to start on.

What's the average online player count of this server, and how old is it?

average players, ill say around 500+
not sure about the age of the server.

K, I would like to know if the server has the following commands
@autoloot
@noks
@partyleader
@partyoption
@autotrade

Also, is dual clienting allowed?

Dual clienting is allowed, but aRO doesn't have those commands, we don't use eAthena.
