Take screenshots, make a topic in KS/looting reports. Or use support tickets.

only use support tickets if its hacking or item theft cases dont use it for ksing

report only if the KS is to you!

take prnt screens where you can see that he really KS'd you..and with the cursor in his char so you can see the name!
then go to Kill Still Forum

Support tickets aren't just for hacking/item theft cases, you can report things like ksing and harrasment as well.
