Can you used refined gears in quests? I have everything I need for the Sliepner quest except for the boots. There are refined ones in shops atm so. I was wondering if you could use refined boots for the quest.

Of course you can. Even if quest asks for some item, and you have cards in it, you can still use it in a quest.
