by how much %?

PvP wise (You only have to worry about level 1 elements), Holy armor - 25% damage from Water/Fire/Earth/Wind/Poison and Ghost element attacks. Shadow property does 125% on Holy.

For higher level elements (Only monsters use them), you can check the elemental chart for that. http://ratemyserver.net/index.php?page=misc_table_attr
