Title: Soulbound and rollback...

What happens if you have the Vesper Optics and rollback to (for example) a Supernovice?  Would the Supernovice be able to equip the item when it reached 95 and was linked?

isnt vesper optics only equipable on gunslinger?

With Link they can wear any midgear if im not mistaken, as for rollback, I don't think the GM's would roll you back lol

It's one of the rollbacks that aren't allowed.

^ Would it become illegal to rollback a character that made these soulbound SQI? @_@
