How do I get there, found the boat and all but, no clue if there is anything I have to do prior to get access to it. Anyone mind shedding some light on this for me lol?

start with http://irowiki.org/wiki/Lost_Child_Quest then http://irowiki.org/wiki/Rachel_Sanctuary_Quest then http://irowiki.org/wiki/Veins_Siblings_Quest
then go to the very northwest corner of veins where you'll find and talk to an archer girl where she'll tell you to go see the priest. which is then when you start at step 2 in http://irowiki.org/wiki/Nameless_Island_Entrance_Quest
