Did you just register? You have to go to the email you provided and click the activation link they sent you before you can start playing.

As said, if you really want to find out why the ID is banned, consult with a GM using support ticket. If the previous owner has done something illegal and get himself permanently banned, theres nothing you can do then.

That really sucks. Do you have any screenshot showing that? If so, GM could recover your 15m.

My friend owed me 40m too and he got banned last year, GM Isuzu recovered it. <3
