Title: MirAI won't let me use the control panel?

For some reason everytime I try to use the MirAI control panel it doesn't work...the whole AI doesn't work for some apparent reason. Maybe I need the steps again, can someone please post some steps?

Thanks for posting this. :D I have one question, do I need to use winrar? Because that didn't help last time at all.
