Title: Disconnected from server? help please

Hello, Im planing on starting up on this server after the last one died (again -_-)
Im a veteran Roplayer but now I've come across a problem I never had before.
I did the usual, created an account, downloaded the patch etc.
I then start the game and it works just as its supposed to but when I try to log on I get "Disconnected from the server"
is there anything else I need to install? or what am I doin wrong?

sorry if I've post this in the wrong section but Im not really used to this forum yet and I coulndt seem to find the techsupport

At what point did you get the disconnected from server message? Was it right when you made your character/logged in game? At the character screen? Did you try relogging on that character afterwards and did you get the same message again?
