who drops sauces like hot sauce, yellow spice etc..

You buy them from the cooking NPC's.

There's one in the middle of Prontera, North East corner of the town square right beside the weapon/armor shop.

There's also one in Alberta.  If you follow the road south from the warp girl, you'll find her at the end.
