This might be silly, but can we have a card even tho its not in the shop? on the server that is. :)

new cards not, old cards maybe, like tirfing that was added after a while

If the card is implemented, you can usually send in a spend credit request. Just be aware that there are a few cards that can't be obtained with ads. You can send in the request here: http://www.anthemro.com/free/spend.php
