Go to the docks in the east part of Alberta. One of them has an old sailor NPC standing on it. Talk to him and he'll warp you there. It'll cost you 10k.

1. Go get yourself an aco on a different account. 2. Train him until you completed the skills teleportation & warp portal. 3. PM me [ingame name Ezekiel_Filth] 4. Come to Gonryun. 5. Get your free warp to Moscovia Map. 6. Save your warp portal skill.
Now your able to warp your main-char to Moscovia anytime you want! :P

i tried doing the quest, but the ibanoff guy kept telling me i'm rude or it's not time to set sail and i have the items to fix his ship too o.0

If you dont, he will say you are rude. ... * Note: The island can only be accessed during the following times: Or else he tells you to come back another time. 12 AM - 3 AM PST 6 AM - 9 AM PST 12 PM - 3 PM PST 6 PM - 9 PM PST ... hm... might have to try again... cuz i've tried talking to him during the pst times and he told me it's not ready to set sail....
