Title: Cannot Download

I go to the new webpages' small download page and I click on any of the three links to install and I get this "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"
A friend of mine said I will not be able to download it at all, and everyone else who is already logged on said the same thign to him to tell me. What do I do? Can I seriously not play anymore?
