what stats should i train as an archer ???

Dex and Agi (If you don't have a DD weapon)

Max your Dex if you're training in Einbroch Field (on Geographers, fire arrows) and Prison (silver arrows). In the field your aspd willl be slow but at least you won't miss and your damage will be higher. In Prison, just double strafe.
You can also train in Louyang Field (on Migaos, fire arrows) because they give really good Job Exp if you don't mind going around in circles because they're really slow anyways. Just watch out for the Mantises.
PS: Don't forget your Concs and Awakes.  :)
