Title: Are Desert Wolves gone now?

All the desert maps that they spawned on are gone.  Have the wolves been relocated, or are they gone?

I think you can find a quite a few in one of the Veins or Rael fields as well (not sure which one though)

WHOH ok either I have been gone for a REALLY long time or this just happened recently. Can someone tell me what happened and why?

Satan Morroc came and he obliterated some maps. It has been replaced with something called the Dimension Gorge.
