i want to enter miscovia? where do i go to go there?

do i need to do a quest? 

can someone post the link of the miscovia quest, if i dont need to do a quest, can someone post how do i go there?

Let me tell you 1 thing right now, somewhere in the quest *they didn't really explain this part too well from where I've looked* when you rent that 1 guys bought after bringing him the materials and you actually start that boat mission thing, you have to keep talking to the guy when in the boat to activate the monster swarm attack part of the quest,I thought this was a bug at first cause relogging won't get you off the boat XD. *You'll know what I'm talking about when you actually get to a part saying "what do I do now?  ???* Also you have to finish this quest during a certain time frame but I think its like 8 am - 9 pm or somthing like that.

The time thing you shouldn't really be worried about cause its only the time the boat sails in and out in quest. Doesn't mean you have a time limit to finish quest if thats what your worried about XD.
