Is it possible to stack 2 of the same kind of accessorie and their effects are to the max?

No it doesn't work for BSB, at least from what I remember because I never tried it. But I'm pretty sure others said the effect doesn't stack. One BSB for One Shackle.

BSB is a combo with a pair of shackles so u can only get 1 bonus combo.
unless u hack the game so u can wear 2 pair of shackles...then u can get 2 bonus combo <--dont even try

so..no..it cant stack
