Actually, I'm not ignoring you, but I was working on other tickets in the meanwhile. I'm sorry you didn't get a response within one week, but there are other tickets that had to wait longer than a week, and I'm currently going through them to see if I can do anything.
Also, please do not create topics to rush us, as it is not helping in any way. <_<

Btw, you should have sent in the ticket many months (actually years) ago, if you look at the date of the email ... , but I do not discuss things here, please stick to your ticket.

Nah...you do know that GMs need to handle a lot of support tickets. Sometimes they do respond pretty quickly too I believe it depends on your case, whether it is simple one or complicated. Also it wouldnt help if you send in another ticket just to ask hows the progress of the first ticket, that just gives them more and more tickets to look at.

but there's a 2 same cases happened to me and 1 other person. (i made ticket earlier than her about garm baby error)
she already got her stuff while i need to make 2nd ticket to get noticed after 2 month ignored
so im not sure when u say "not ignoring" or "ticket take turns"

well..im not gonna complain anymore so keep up the good work

I wish my support ticket would be resolved already.

I got hacked and all my items i donated to anthem to get were gone and all my zeny was gone to.
I put in that ticket 7months ago and they still havent fixed it yet.
Y do i got to wait 7months for my ticket to get responded to.

I didn't donate all that money to anthem to get hacked and for the gms to take their sweet time to fixing it for meand i just want my stuff back.
