Title: Evangelist Help

I recently learned vaguely about the SQI quests.
I have a HP and the ingredients to make an Evangelist,
but I don't know what to do in order to go about completing
an SQI Quest or the MVP arena.

Could someone provide a SQI/Evangelist Quest Guide ?

I actully did use the search function and I only got as far as finding the list of ingredients, thats it. 
But thanks for the link !!!
