Title: Peco Headband Description

On rms it says the peco peco headband gives 5% increase atk speed but on anthem it says 10% decrease att spd, so i think u know what my question is. if u know please reply, ty

It is decreasing Aspd by 10%. I have one and tried. =p

I found it funny the description said the headband gives you the speed of a PecoPeco, when in fact it takes away some of your speed. XD
