Title: Curse of Gaebolg quest "first NPC"

I want to do 'Curse of Gaebolg quest' because it's a requeriment for 'Nameless Island Entrance quest'
But on 'Curse of Gaebolg quest' I can't find the first NPC that should be on pront (248, 212).

and I already passed 'Rachel Sanctuary quest' and 'Veins Siblings quest'.

May anyone help me with it please?

Don't believe we have Curse of Gaebolg quest up on this server. I think you can just skip it. *goes to double check*

It's not implemented.  You don't need to do it to do Nameless Island.
