Title: When's the next server reboot?
Post by: Mooncalf on February 12, 2009, 05:57:36 am
Ok here's my tragic tale of woe. I put in a spend credit request about 3 weeks ago for a rollback. But then I learned that since the character is a guild leader, he cant be rolled back until a server reboot.
So now I'm kinda curious about these "server reboots"... how often are they done, when is the next one scheduled, that sort of stuff. Does anyone know? I would really appreciate any possible insight into this matter.

yeah, that's a great question. cause some of us would like to be clued in on this instead of surprised with it the same day or hour it happens. so we can be prepared for it.....

Still wondering when the next server reboot is... if anyone knows anything I would really appreciate it.
Basically, I'm curious as to how often these are usually scheduled - once a month? Once every two months? Three times a year? Any sort of information would be better than, as kat said, being completely clueless.

does it really matter?
most reboots are short and if its a long reboot they announce it beforehand. surely you can live without the game for a few minutes or up to 2 hours.

He is asking when the reboots are.

Normally reboots happen to fix a glitch that affects the majority of players in Anthem, like in a city or niff. Also may happen when the GMs are testing/adding new stuff ingame,, like 2xEXP events or new maps.
Considering how long the last 2xexp event lasted, it'll be awhile til the next 2xexp event will show up. It may happen on the week when the majority of people are off from school for vacation/reading week etc.

I see, so it could be many more months! That doesnt sound very promising...
