Title: PRIEST SET???

IS THERE SUCH THING AS PRIEST SET?

COZ I SAW AN ACO(NOT LVL 99) IN NIFF THE OTHER DAY AND ITS ONLY TAKING 1DMG EVERYTIME HE'S BEING HIT. I OBSERVED HIM COUPLE TIMES TOO SEE IF HE  DID SOME BUFFS OR NOT. ANYWAY, I DIDNT SEE HIM BUFFING HIM SELF WITH ANGELUS OR SOME SORT OF DEFENSE BUFF. SO I FINALLY ASKED HIM WHAT KIND OF GEARS HE HAD AND HE SAID THAT HE HAD PRIEST SET AND ANGELING ARMOR. I HAVNT REALLY TRIED THE ANGELING YET BUT DOES ANYBODY KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT PRIEST SET THATS GOOD AT NIFF(IF THERES ANY)?

most probably its the aco class card combo

maybe.......but the aco might also have like..70def+skill that gives 30defense against demons(maybe with devi/tirfing reductions as well)

Aside from this "acolyte set" (which from a brief glance does not appear to have anything to do with only taking one damage) usually if people are taking low damage that means they have high def - in particular, with 100 def you would take 1 damage from all physical melee attacks.  That's the most probable reason for only getting hit with 1 damage, but as noted acolytes have skills which boost their def to undead monsters, and furthermore there are plenty of damage reduction gears as well (tirfing, deviling, and more).  Another thing that helps is assumptio, if you're a high priest - or you can use a soul ring if not.  There are plenty of ways to lower the damage you take - getting it down to 1 is pretty expensive, but you can at least get it pretty low without spending too much money (depending, of course, on how you define "too much")

yeah if he was wearing a valk helm then he more than likely have damage reduction gears  + Vit

and err was he a aco or High aco??

he could have been a trans rollback

all i saw him wearing is a birreta  and no, he doesnt have any assumptio. i know all coz dmg deduction gears, what buffles me is that why the dmg is consistently low even being hit by 2-5 monster.but then again his gears could be over over ups gears. like +10 and stuff.. i guess i will never find out the true answer..
