Title: Ticket answering methodology

Basically, how do you determine what tickets to answer first and how do you go through answering the different kinds of tickets?

It has been hypothesized that if anyone ever finds out the answer to this question the universe will implode.

Usually I believe it's from oldest to newest.  But they will skip tickets that they deem to be less important to get urgent tickets done.  Sometimes they even get a bunch of easy tickets done first and save the harder ones for later.  Pretty much it's up to the GM's discretion. /ok?

P.S. The universe won't implode until 2012.  The Mayans said so.
