i find is annoying on the new client, is there a way to turn it off?

Whut? My thing is normal. I cant move my curser outside the RO screen.

Some of us have zaps old files that give it, It lags me even more though.

the new client (012509) comes with it. When only single clienting everything is fine, as you keep adding the lag starts to be felt.
i suppose its because the mouse freedom, however its not only the lag. Its annoying too on big fights, if lag already killed, dying because you moved the cursor out of the window is much worse

To "turn it off", just delete the file dinput.dll

And if for any reason you want to reinstall it just download it from RMS, unzip and add back to the folder.

Or you could just move it somewhere else, rather than deleting it, so you don't have to redownload it if you ever want it again.

Personally, most of the time I *prefer* to have my mouse free although there are some occasions where something goes screwy and I die and get pissed off because of it.

thanks, lag is back to what was supposed to be too. so i guess everything is good now
