Title: Valk gear drop rate?

At RMS Valkrye rangdris drop valk gear at 30%, so it will be 90% on our server right? or is it being revamped by GM so it lower the drop rate?

most of our mvp drops are revamped, since the spawns are every(30min/hour/2hours valk)
its definitely not 90% drop lol..or else u'd have items all over the place.
