Use Boot Camp to install Windows?
You could try also try Parallels or VMWare Fusion, but I think booting Windows will give you the best performance.

Frag as in partition or defragment? If you mean splitting the drive up into different fragments, I think boot camp guides you through that.
For Parallels or Fusion, I think you can leave your hard drive as it is. I'd still recommend using boot camp, though.

yea i meant as in fragment. like most others stuff i had heard about you have to fragment your HD in order to run like a second or third OS. So it might not need to be fragmented then? Ill try to look into that Boot Camp thing.

When you use Boot Camp it guides you through partitioning your HD.
