Hi all,

I am new here and looking forward to join u guys in the game soon.
However,I got one slight problem,i have key in serveral name during creating character.
But each time it always prompt me the same error "name being use or illegal character".
Anyone can assist would be most appreciate.Tks

Just try using a different slot to create your character in.

/hmm try other names that are unique and also did you activate the email confirmation at your email address

if not activate it /ok

Special characters such as the following cannot be used in your username   colon(:) semicolon (;) comma(,) question mark(?)

You can use a period (.) in your name though.

Also, don't put spaces before your name.

It might just be that someone already has the name that you want. If the name you're using is fairly common, then most likely, it is already taken.
