doesn't work like that. the 20% affects the equation not the aspd directly. i could find out for you as long as its not an extended class and you tell me your dex/agi, class, weapon type, and any skills/cards/items that affect aspd.

i think its the same. aspd skills like adre rush, and dppel cards affect the wepdelay and not direct aspd(like 120% of 173)
which is why 2dop cards give more than double aspd boost than 1?

ok i can find out the star glads aspd.
just give me the agi/dex, weapon or state no weapon if none is used and any skills, cards, or pots that increase aspd.
i use an aspd equation to figure it out for you.

well lets see...
class: star glad (base level 98)
dex: 39+11
agi: 1+37
luk: 25+25
weapon type: book [3]
skill: demon (30% aspd)
cards: 1 doppel (33% aspd)
items: berserker pot (20% aspd??? i think)
with the comfort of the stars [LV+Dex+Luk)/10]% Aspd boost
put all that together + slowgrace >: whats my total aspd in the end? D:
(probably made no sense) ;-;'

with all those conditions you will have 187.9502 aspd it rounds up so 188 i believe. you will have 190 with no slow grace.

i can do this just give me a few mins.
im going to make a simple aspd calculator program on my ti-84 so i dont have to keep imputting the equation.
once i do i'll find out and post it here. increasing agi woud be best.

i coulda sworn doppel had a type like berz card..but maybe its just my imagination. but yeh, if you want to doublecheck how ozg got that...or want to change ur aspd/stats and not wanted to ask to calculate it
ASpd: ASpd stands for Attack Speed and is a measurement of your ability to swing fast. ASpd is improved by your Job, the Weapon Speed of the Weapon/s you are wielding, your Agility and your Dexterity. ASpd is calculated as 200 - Delay. Delay is calculated as Delay = SpeedMods * (WeaponDelay - ([WeaponDelay*Agi/25] + [WeaponDelay*Dex/100])/10). Delay should be rounded up to the nearest whole number. Speed Mods come from anything that gives a speed boost, such as potions, skills and special weapons. The benefits are cumulative. Formula for speed mods is (100-ImprovementPercentages)/100. The full calculation for ASpd is ASpd = [200 - SpeedMods * (WeaponDelay - ([WeaponDelay*Agi/25] + [WeaponDelay*Dex/100])/10)].
You can calculate your Swings/Minute as 60/(Delay/50). This is because each point of Weapon Delay is equal to 1 frame on the screen. There are 50 frames per second and of course 60 seconds per minute. This can be further simplified to 3000/Delay. Swings/Minute is actually a more accurate representation of attack speed than ASpd. See the bottom of this page for the table of Weapon Delays by class. In the case of Weapon Delays, the smaller the number, the faster! source : http://rodatazone.simgaming.net
unless this whole formula is wrong :P

actually i used the formula from irowiki. i compared that with that formula and got the same answer.
ok ive been told that aspd is rounded up so you will need 56 total agi(19 base) for 190 aspd with slow grace as it gives 189.03 and if it rounds up then thats good enough.
if im wrong an it rounds down then you need 72 total agi (base 35) to get 190aspd during slow grace.
sorry it took long its just that i messed up and put an extra ) and put a wrong number which took me 20 mins to find out.
