Title: Denia Quit? Now what?

Well GM Denia was working on my ticket which says "Waiting for GM Denia" and now she quit. Should I just restart it?

there is no need to restart, other gm would take over her and review your ticket.

would mean that..another gm will answer your ticket. (or hax denia's acc /gg)

Don't know but thanks for the feed back, anyone else have ideas? Maybe~ A GM? Hint hint.

I'd assume that Denia would pass on any of her tickets to another GM.  If not, try responding  to the ticket (like bumping a forum thread) and if that doesn't do it, re-open I guess.  But yeah, probably wait for a GM response here.

DO NOT bump your ticket.  It pushes it down to the bottom of the list.  Leave it alone, and make a new one, if you wish.  Put in the other ticket number for a reference.

As somewhat already stated, another GM will be taking over Denias tickets. If the GM doing the ticket has any questions about clarity (ie, Denia was already mid-way through the ticket) then Denia will fill them in. /ok

sometimes thats the best choice i had one ticket for 3 months i bumped it saying i know bumping it will bring it to the bottom blah blah blah but blah blah blah and it was answered 2 days later or so
