Title: Does Noxious card work yet?

So does it work or is it still disabled? I haven't been able to test myself yet. Sorry if it has already been stated somewhere...

Nope it doesn't work I tested in a pvp doubling a baby hunter saw no difference in damage

Now I just wonder why it is still disabled. I thought there wasn't really any controversy with it in the first place. It's not like it's a game breaking card or anything, especially when compared to all the new mvp cards and stuff that just got implemented...

Maybe Zap forgot too activate it >.> and all cards that were controversy were drop disabled I believe?
