I also want to know how to make it appear ._.
Before, in previous updates, each time i'd kill a monster, blue colored text would appear saying how much exp i got from the monster and how much % it gave me, but now it doesn't do that /sob

I got rid of it by unchecking the WoE Messages box in Battlemode. . . If that's anything to go by.

they disabled it cuz some people were having problems, from what i heard.
