First the new cards get tested by the beta team, and after any possible bugs are found, or after any adjustments are made, they are then implemented. When new cards get implemented, there will be an announcement. /ok

I thought there might of been some cards released that are so obviously not broken they are released right away or does everyone go through intense scrutiny.
