Title: Which quests are active anyway?

Well I was doing umbala language quest, and once I've got every single item and mask and is going to find the utan chief, I've just seen that actually the portal to the chief's house is disabled...
is this quest disactivated? Cause it was a real pity since I'm a quest lover.......

Pretty sure it's not disabled since I've done that quest myself. The chief's house should be just right of the spawn point.

Yeah the Chief's house isn't in the right place, here's a screenshot of where it is in game:

Note: When you go to the Skeletal Gate NPC the gemstones required aren't always red then blue, despite what irowiki says.
