I went and bought a Gatling Gun, just dying to crank out triple action, to find its been nerfed, can someone tell me why?
Also, I found there is a cast time on Full BUster, as in iRO and most other servers, it doesnt have one.

Gunslinger's didnt need to be nerfed IMO, and I think you should un-nerf Triple Action.

They aren't nerfed, they work exactly as how they are supposed to. Also the skills should work exactly as iRO unless the newer episodes/updates change them.

Ive played iRO, and I woudlnt say nerfed, but those skills are changed, and im not getting convinced otherwise, because I know how it works.

Our server runs off of the kRO sakray platform, not iRO's.

But, does it make a difference? I thought both skill descriptions were the same.  ???

They should be, but we're on a ultimately different episode and modifications than iRO, which is also different from kRO.

I'm not saying that it is or isn't different, as I really don't know, but just so you know when playing.

Alrighty one more thing, it says cool down is ASPD, and it doesnt make any difference, maybe a coding problem?
I just tested this in PvP.

According to RMS, there is a .5 second cast time that is not reduced by dex:

Sorry to point out a mistake, but you might be looking at Bulls Eye, Denia.
 
Triple Action (Skill ID# 502)
Type: Offensive   Max Level: 1
Requirements: Flip Coin Level 1, Chain Action Level 10
SP Cost: +SkillLV*10
Target: Enemy   Range: Weapon Range
After Cast Delay: ASPD
Ammunition Required: 1
Sphere / Coin Cost: 1 Sphere(s) / Coin(s)
Effect: Use a Coin and deal three hits.

Type: Offensive    Max Level: 10
Requirements: Choke Level 3
Required For: Spread Attack (L5), Scatter Mines (L5).
SP Cost: 15 + SkillLV*5
Target: Enemy    Range: Weapon Range + Snake's Eye SkillLV cells
Cast Time: 0.5 sec (not reduced by DEX)    After Cast Delay: 1 + SkillLV*0.2 sec
Required Weapon Class: Shotgun
Ammunition Required: 2 Bullet
Effect: Fire a burst causing 300%+100*SkillLV% ATK damage. Unfortunately this overheats too much the weapon, and you must spend 1+SkillLV*0.2 sec to cool it down. Uses up 2*(SkillLV/2 [rounded up]) Rounds. There is a chance of causing a Blind effect on you (without HIT/Flee reductions). You must have a Shotgun equipped.
