Title: quick question, its about useless efforts or not...

well... i wasnt able to patch sakray some time ago, tho ii do have it patched now.
but when i had the old 11.2 version of sakray i hunted for Porcellio Card... could it be that, while i wasnt up to date...the card wasnt being dropped buy it yet?
like i killed them all for nuthin?
might be a stupid question lol, but ive killed alot by now and didnt find any yet...starting to wonder :P

Well cards aren't exactly commonly dropped. On average, it takes roughly 3,333 kills to get one card. Granted, it could take somebody 1 kill to get it, and might take somebody 10,000 kills to get one, but it will generally take quite some time to find any specific card.

Basically, the odds of getting a card drop are so small, that it really is just plain dumb luck when you get one.

The card definitely drops (a quick search of Porcellio shows multiple buying and selling threads), however what Varis said holds 100% true.
