Title: WS upgrading Question?
Post by: Minime on January 18, 2009, 11:40:45 pm: i know that WS can upgrade weapon, but can they upgrade headgear and other as well or i have to use the NPC for upgrading these (head, armor, shoe...)?

What are the chance?

Weapon & Armor Refine Success Rates (http://ratemyserver.net/index.php?page=misc_table_refine)

A job lv. 70 Whitesmith has 10% more success rate than the NPC when using Weapon Refine skill, but that is only for Weapons. For Armors the rate is same for every job.
