Some email domains (like AOL and hotmail) sometimes (or quite often in the case of AOL) will block or junk emails from aRO. If you cannot find the needed email(s) in the junk folder, then you should try a different email address to see if that helps. Yahoo and gmail are both good ones to use.

As Lucifiel stated, it could also be an issue of time, though if it takes more than a couple hours, you likely have some other problem, and continued waiting is unlikely to do much good.
