Title: Can't create new characters

Hi there,

I'm sorry to re-ask the same question someone had posted before (I've searched the forum database) but still I have a problem with creating a character (actually i'm new on this server)

I've tried the suggestions of creating a character of only numbers and letters, as well as really random names like dsjkfhsdjkf or something like that but still it doesn't work. What should I do?

If you have 5 characters on that account already, you need to make a new one.

No, it's a really empty ID i've just created today (I'm new to this server)
I've tried about a hundred random combination by this second, of only letters and numbers now, as well as only numbers or only letters.
Please help >.<

everytime it's written "The character name has been used or contained illegal character" or something like that

Are you sure that you didn't accidentally swap over too far to the right/left? Some of the character slots appear to be there, but actually aren't implemented. So, if you try making a character on one of the slots that aren't implemented, you will get the error that you're getting.
