A non upgraded (meaning it doesn't have + anything) and uncarded Djinn.

Also, does it matter if it is upgraded to +4 if I wanna sell one?

for an SQI like that. a upgrade to +4  should not increase the value by more than even 10 k... that's why people just do it. and the problem comes when you want to sell and +0 carded SQI.. the value might actually drop.
sooo.. just do it and sell it. really if you are selling it using 4 elus and i think 2k per upgrade is not such a big deal... but you MUST do it before putting a card in it.

about 160. cause i have seen ones carded +4 at about 205and 200 mill. but it does drop the chances of selling it at those prices and just selling it, for not making them +4

Once you slot a SQI with cards the price decreases considering it can no longer be carded with what you exactly want. Unless it already is of course lol
