Title: Anyone wanna help me out here?

I finally cleared off my Windows partition, so now I'm only running Linux.

Due to a certain someone, I actually log on RO from time to time now, and I'd like to do so without having to install/boot up a virtual machine.
So my question is, anyone know 1.) How the hell to work Wine, and 2.) How to configure it to run RO.

Which distribution of Linux are you using? Some are easier to set up wine on than others.
Usually, wine runs RO without any configuration needed, but the patcher needs two DLL files.

If you already have wine installed, just open up a terminal, browse to your RO folder, and run "wine Anthem.exe".

I run Ubuntu on one of my PCs I used this guide to get started i found online. Ya just Google search "running Ragnarok online on wine"Its one of the first few results and get MSVCP60.DLL and mfc42.dll its pretty simple

Thanks guys, but I gave up the same night. :P

I love my Skype and MSN(Linux version sucks) too much for Linux(pidgin sucks). :(
